    We’re looking for a marketing coordinator to join our tight-knit team of marketing professionals in their efforts to build the best brands. The ideal candidate is adept at coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, and brand promotion. Responsibilities: • Play a key role on the marketing team in advising on and contributing to digital, advertising, and marketing strategies • Create marketing materials including website content, advertisements, social media posts, and other collateral that is polished and on-brand • Oversee website, mailing lists, analytics, and SEO to ensure content is regularly updated with the most recent information • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience • Report out monthly statistics for website and social media traffic, engagement, and lead generation and suggest ideas for optimization Community Outreach: • Identify and connect with potential referral sources, including schools, medical offices, community organizations, and other mental health organizations. • Develop and execute outreach strategies to promote our services, including educational presentations, health fairs, and community events. • Coordinate and attend community events, workshops, and seminars to increase visibility and share information about the practice. Networking Relationship Building: • Build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential referral partners. • Schedule and conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with referral sources to foster strong, ongoing partnerships. • Represent the practice in professional organizations, networking events, and industry conferences. Collaboration with Clinical Team: • Work closely with therapists and administrative staff to understand the full scope of services offered and relay that information to external contacts. • Provide feedback from outreach efforts to the clinical team, helping to adjust strategies based on community needs. Marketing Support: • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, both digital and print, for outreach purposes. • Contribute to social media, email campaigns, and website updates as needed to support the practice’s outreach goals. • Track outreach efforts and prepare reports on the impact and effectiveness of networking activities. Qualifications: • Advanced knowledge of current market trends • Familiarity with web platforms, email systems, social media, public relations, and brand identity • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majors • 2 or more years of experience in an ad agency environment or related environment • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and confidentiality in a healthcare setting. • Experience creating community presentations or workshops. • Knowledge of local community resources and referral networks within the mental health sector. Working Conditions: • Ability to travel locally to attend community events and meetings with referral partners. • Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required for events. Compensation: $22 - $30 hourly
