    Responsibilities:

    Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical assistants to ensure efficient operation of the medical facility.

    Provide leadership and guidance to medical assistant staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.

    Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process of new medical assistants.

    Oversee the implementation and adherence to healthcare protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

    Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care delivery and ensure patient satisfaction.

    Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, and coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.

    Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

    Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments as necessary.

    Act as a liaison between medical assistants and management, conveying feedback, concerns, and suggestions.

    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advances in medical technology to enhance the quality of care and operational efficiency.

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assistant training program preferred.

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credential preferred.

    Proven experience as a medical assistant in a clinical setting, with at least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

    Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and protocols.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

    Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with patients, staff, and healthcare providers.

    Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive patient information.

    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules in a fast-paced environment.
