We are currently seeking a motivated and skilled Lead Medical Assistant to join our dynamic team.

    Job Description: As a Lead Medical Assistant at MedLife Primary & Urgent Care, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical facility. You will lead a team of medical assistants, oversee clinical procedures, and provide direct patient care. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in maintaining high standards of patient care and supporting our healthcare providers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Supervise and mentor a team of medical assistants, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and procedures.

    Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures.

    Manage patient flow and ensure efficient operation of clinical areas.

    Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and other clinical tasks as required.

    Maintain accurate and confidential patient records.

    Coordinate with administrative staff to optimize patient scheduling and reduce wait times.

    Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.

    Provide exceptional patient care and address patient concerns promptly.

    Qualifications:

    Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience as a medical assistant, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

    Strong clinical skills, including phlebotomy and EKG administration.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

    Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
