About the Role
As a Lead Plumber for our Residential and Commercial division, you’ll install, diagnose, and repair plumbing systems for new construction projects. You’ll be the face of Westlake Plumbing on the job site, delivering precision and professionalism every day as you lead your plumbing crew. This is an opportunity to contribute to projects that serve homes, businesses, and the broader community—built to last and designed with care.
Key Responsibilities
Install and repair plumbing systems in residential and commercial construction
Diagnose issues and recommend solutions clearly to Project Managers and Superintendents
Ensure work is compliant with plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Keep tools, materials, and service vehicles well-maintained
Document all work performed, including change orders and time/material tickets
Provide an excellent customer experience and uphold Westlake’s core values
Attend training and maintain required certifications/licenses
Participate in on-call rotation as needed
What You need to Bring
Licensed Plumber – Journeyman or Master (State of Arkansas)
3+ years of experience in plumbing service and installations
Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug screening
High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability
Familiarity with water heaters, filtration systems, and fixture installs
Skilled in using tools, equipment, and digital technologies
Team-oriented with solid communication and listening skills
Safety-first mindset and ability to work independently or collaboratively
Willingness to mentor and support plumbing apprentices in a positive environment
