    Honeybee Hires has partnered with a renowned clinician-owned and managed therapy practice in Rowley, MA, and we’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) ready to step into a leadership role. This is an incredible opportunity to make a lasting impact in both patient care and team management!

    As a leadership-focused OT, you’ll have a reduced caseload, taking on additional responsibilities such as mentorship, culture development, and supervision of newer clinicians. You’ll work side by side with the management team to drive the clinic’s success while growing into a managerial role.

    This is not your average OT clinic! Each 1:1 and group session is individually tailored using an eclectic mix of evidence based frameworks, including our unique approach of using high intensity exercise as a change agent for sensory processing and regulation. We provide sensory-informed and neurodiversity-affirming interventions.

    Position overview:

    • $80-$82k/year starting salary
    • Full time, clinic based, in person, REDUCED CASELOAD
    • Conduct evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and needs
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans applying to both 1:1 and group therapy sessions
    • Work as part of an interdisciplinary team - this includes therapists and families alike!
    • Stay current with best practices in occupational therapy through continuing education
    • Work alongside the leadership team to mentor OTAs and newer clinicians
    • Balance clinical work with management/business decisions

    Qualifications:

    • Active or pending MA Occupational Therapy License
    • At least 5-6 years of pediatric experience required
    • Commitment to our unique approach to therapy and ongoing professional development
    • Strong management and people skills
    • A desire to mentor clinicians and grow in longevity with the company
    • Ability to work in person in Rowley, MA
