Lead Physical Therapist

We are looking for a Lead Physical Therapist to help launch and grow our first clinic in Saint Peters, MO. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate clinician to build a thriving practice from the ground up while working closely with the clinic owner.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $90,000 based on experience.
• Quarterly Performance Bonuses
• $500 monthly consulting stipend until full-time start.
• Health Insurance Stipend: Negotiable based on coverage needs.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week OR four 10-hour days.
• Patient Care Model: One-on-one care.
• 60-minute sessions initially, transitioning to 40-minute intervals
• Max 12 patients per day when caseload is full
• Focus Areas: Based on PT preference, including vestibular, balance, neurological, and geriatric care.
• Age Ranges: Primarily adults to geriatrics, with potential to expand services as team grows.
• Outpatient Setting: 100% outpatient care.
• Support Team: Plan to staff 2 PTs and 2 PTAs.
• EMR System: Prompt.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Missouri.
• Graduation from an accredited PT program.
• 3+ years of experience in outpatient PT preferred (leadership experience not required).
• Self-motivated, compassionate, and patient-centered.
• Lead clinical operations and help build the provider side of the clinic.
• Help oversee staff but will not be responsible for billing, scheduling, or insurance verification.
• Assist with hiring front desk and marketing staff.
