    Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool/Pre-Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This position is sponsored by The Blueprint for Maryland's Future, which aims to enhance the quality of early childhood education across the state. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and educational environment for our preschool and pre-kindergarten students.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that align with our curriculum and educational philosophy.

    Create a warm and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages curiosity, exploration, and a love of learning.

    Assess and monitor children's progress, providing individualized support and guidance as needed.

    Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators to ensure the well-being and development of each child.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.

    Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in any field (required).

    Previous experience in early childhood education is preferred but not mandatory.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

    Passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
