Our child care program is seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for early childhood education, a nurturing attitude, and the ability to create a positive learning environment for young children.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities

Foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment

Assess and document children’s progress

Communicate regularly with parents and guardians

Lead and collaborate with assistant teachers and staff

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in early childhood education

Knowledge of child development and early learning standards

Strong communication and classroom management skills

Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks
