We’re seeking a Lead React Engineer to drive the front-end development of our products. This role is crucial to building seamless user experiences across both web and mobile platforms as we continue to expand our product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Lead front-end development, with a focus on building scalable and maintainable React applications
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap and deliver new features
• Drive our transition to Next.js in the upcoming year, ensuring smooth migration and optimal performance
• Implement TypeScript for robust, type-safe code and ensure best practices across all projects
• Coordinate with mobile teams on shared components and architectures, utilizing React Native for cross-platform functionality

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with deep expertise in React.js
• Proficiency with TypeScript for high-quality, type-safe code
• Experience in React Native is a plus, especially for building and maintaining mobile components
• Familiarity with Next.js or an interest in leading our transition to it in the coming year
• Strong understanding of performance optimization, state management, and modern UI design principles
