Heyday Homes is looking for an experienced real estate agent who is ready to take their career to the next level, by doing what you love: working with clients. Our goal is that the lead agent will work with 36-60 clients per year, assisted by a Showing Partner, and approximately 75% of these leads are provided by the team. The Heyday Homes agent’s primary focus is to lead generate for new business, consistently nurture a pipeline of leads, ensure a client gets from offer to contract to close, and provide an outstanding client experience before, during, and after the transaction. Responsibilities: • Lead Generation: Lead generate for 15 hours a week using the Heyday events as a tool • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up with all leads in a timely manner to convert into appointments • Open Houses: Conduct two open houses monthly • Client Care + Communication: Act as liaison between clients and agents as needed; find ways to establish “wow” customer service moments throughout the transaction • Seller care: provide proactive weekly feedback to sellers regarding all showings and marketing activities; connect with clients and keep them informed throughout the entire process from start to finish; proactively send properties to buyers • Buyer representation: Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements, and identify homes • Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers • Track tasks and activities in Follow-Up Boss • Sign Clients: Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments to sign buyer + seller client agreements • Skill Practice: Participate in team skill practice 2-3x a week per team standards • Close Deals: Convert leads to appointments, close for agreement, conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysis, show homes, negotiate offers, write the contract, and oversee the deal through to close • Compliance: Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance; ensure paperwork is properly completed and submitted to Compliance • Education: Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues Qualifications: • Active real estate license • 2+ years of proven real estate experience • Reliable car • Reside within the City of Chicago You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. Compensation: $80,000 - $150,000 Commission Based Compensation
