Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Lead Rehab Specialist to work in our upbeat office. You can expect a supportive team with hands on training.
A Rehab Specialist Lead is responsible for overseeing and managing rehabilitation services,
ensuring that patients or clients receive the best care and therapy for recovery. This role is a balance between being a team lead as well as hands on patient care. The rehab team receives guidance from doctor. Treatments include providing passive modalities and active care.

We are seeking a new team member that can bring their experience and is excited to expand their knowledge and skills. Ideal candidate will be able to handle a variety of tasks while providing excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do:
Lead patients through corrective exercises tailored to their recovery needs.
Guide stretching and mobility exercises to improve movement and function.
Perform soft-tissue work to support muscle recovery.
Set up patients and perform various modalities: electrical stimulation, ultrasound, heat/cold applications, intersegmental traction, shockwave, Class IV Laser, and decompression therapy.
Educate patients on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and wellness.
Keep the rehab area clean, organized, and running smoothly while creating an upbeat, positive environment.
Provide excellent customer service.
Team lead – lead by example, provide rehab tech’s clinical support, assist with patient chart audits. Additional tasks assigned by lead doctor.

Background in exercise science, athletic training, kinesiology, physical therapy, rehab, or personal training.
Aspiring Athletic Trainers, PT’s, PTA’s, OT’s, and Chiropractors
Passion for patients to improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being
Schedule:
8-hour shifts
Monday to Friday
In-person at our Spring, TX 77379 location (must reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting)

Bachelor’s degree in a Health Science Field or Athletic Training or equivalent
Experience:
