All Volusia and Flagler Heating and Air is looking for an experienced, mechanically-inclined HVAC Installation Technician to join our growing team now and for years to come. This candidate should be a neat and detailed person with excellent social and communication skills, and a sense of pride and ownership in their work.
This position is full time (35-40+ Hrs/Week), year round. Training is Provided.

To be considered, we ask candidates:
Must have experience in Mechanical Trade or Previous Work History
Preferred to have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in HVAC field installing Residential Split Systems and Packaged Systems
Must have experience with hand tools and craftmanship skills
Must be available to work late days and Saturdays when needed
Must have own hand tools and HVAC tools
Must have valid, clean driver’s license
EPA Certification is required
Letters of Recommendation/Portfolio of pictures of completed installations is recommended
Responsibilities include:
Installation & Start-Up testing of HVAC equipment to ensure proper functioning in an efficient manner.
Ability to lead Installation Crew, consisting of Installer and Helper.
Ability to Diagnose Potential Mechanical Issues Upon Start-Up and perform required adjustments/repairs on-site.
Ability to consult customer on new equipment operations, present and future recommendations for proper care of HVAC system.
Ability to consult customer on potential upgrades during time of installation.
Install or replace machinery, equipment, and new or used parts and instrument, using hand or power tools.
Install of HVAC ductwork including ductboard, silver flex, mobile-home flex, flexible tubing and sheet metal construction.
