Core Job Duties:
Provide legendary customer service
Team Leader of a crew of up to 3 persons
Work individually or as part of a team
Responsible for crew’s quality & productivity performance
Responsible for assigned vehicle and equipment
Trains & develops crew members ensure proper safety and work techniques are being used
Communicates professionally with clients, employees, the public, and management
Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
Responsible for heavy documentation of jobs to ensure accurate billing
Requirements:
A positive, can-do attitude
IICRC certified
At least 1 year of experience in water damage mitigation, mold remediation, and/or fire/smoke remediation
Ability to be able to supervise up to 3 people
Valid driver’s license without a major violation (OMVI, Reckless, etc.)
Be drug free and committed to staying drug free
Can communicate with crews, customers, and management verbally and/or in writing
A high school diploma, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Eager to learn and acquire new skills
Bonus Points:
IICRC Certifications such as WRT, AMRT, ASD, and/or FSRT
Experience with trauma/crime scene clean-up
Experience with crawlspace encapsulation
Knowledge and experience with Encircle and/or Xcelerate job management systems
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
