The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue and successful daily operations. The SM oversees the delivery of superior customer service, employee achievement, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. The SM provides leadership and sales support for the studio. They will protect the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand by ensuring every member receives the highest quality service and experience.

Primary Responsibility:

· Meet and exceed revenue goals.

Sales & Retention:

· Drive membership sales to achieve targets. . Primary Sales person responsible for all sales responsibilities

· Conduct studio sales training.

· Minimize refunds and returns.

· Improve member retention and meet retention goals.

· Evaluate Sales Associates' performance daily and ensure accountability for sales goals.

Additional Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement a structured weekly meeting schedule.

· Oversee staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage.

· Ensure accurate and timely daily reporting.

· Track employee time clocks and monitor utilization.

Qualifications

· Proven track record in sales success.

· Goal-oriented with strong accountability.

· Skilled in analyzing revenue, sales, and expenses vs. budget.

· Positive, solution-focused, and able to influence others.
