    Job Summary

    As a Lead Sales Representative, you’ll use your sales expertise and creativity to find new ways to grow the business. Strong communication and teamwork skills are key for this role. Your job involves achieving the company’s sales goals, building long-lasting relationships with clients, and working with the lead service technician to ensure jobs are completed smoothly. You'll also focus on maintaining strong connections with key customers. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a results-driven environment and is motivated by meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

    Responsibilities

    Be a builder; develop and implement effective sales strategies

    Execute to reach sales targets

    Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts

    Monitor operations and suggest improvements as needed

    Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with client's needs

    Liaise with Marketing to ensure brand consistency

    Stay up to date with new Service launches

    Qualifications

    Proven work experience as a sales account manager

    Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

    An ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics

    Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills

    Strong communication and team management skills

    Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude

    Availability to travel as needed (Southeast Louisiana – Baton Rouge, North Shore, South Shore, and all surrounding areas)
