Responsibilities

Design and fabricate various types of signs including monument signs and dimensional letters

Full-time availability (40 hours/week)

Operate equipment including CNC routers, laser cutters, and vinyl plotters

Read and interpret drawings and specifications

Maintain quality control throughout fabrication and installation process

Collaborate with clients and design team to meet project requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a professional sign maker – design and production

Background in vinyl creation and application

Large format digital printing

Design creativity

Expertise in using Adobe Design tool suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Experience with RIP software

Vehicle wrap installation

Knowledgeable in color management

Prefer Certified installation professional (3M, Avery, etc.)

Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50+ lbs

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
