Lead Stretch Practitioner Job Summary
The Lead Stretch Practitioner’s role is to provide the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and effective assisted stretching techniques and to create a long-term customer loyalty-focused environment. Additionally, they will train and develop new practitioners, work in tandem with the studio Lead Sales Associate and assist the Regional Manager in sales/operations as needed.

This is a full time, non-exempt position.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Lead Sales Associate and Regional Manager to ensure the success of the studio
Build meaningful connections and creating community as you expand your personal brand and network within the wellness industry
Maintain a positive attitude and personal commitment to meeting the needs of members
Comply with the scheduling as directed by the Regional Manager
Dress professionally according to the current dress code highlighted in the company handbook
Contribute to the team environment
Clock in and out as required in the handbook
Execute stretches up to the Stretch Zone standard
Train and develop practitioner staff
Contribute to lead generation via participation in events
Lead in client retention and member satisfaction
Required knowledge skills and abilities:
Must be able to manage time effectively
Must be proficient in Stretch Zone techniques, processes and procedures
Must be able to efficiently service and maintain the member base
Have a presence in studio daily, coaching, developing, and ensuring proper stretch protocols
Consistent communication with corporate to ensure you are up to date with all initiatives
Maintain high ethical standards and appropriate professional image
Responsible for setting and enforcing the Stretch Zone culture
Effective listening skills necessary to foster an inclusive environment
Excellent written and verbal communication
Can successfully manage various personalities
On Job Training Compensation:
You are required to complete our Stretch Practitioner certification training and you will be paid your hourly rate for all training hours.
