About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lead Studio Advisor to join our team at BODYROK in New York, NY. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail, and maintaining Bodyrok’s standards.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming and organized studio environment
Provide personalized assistance to clients, including class bookings, membership sales, and account management
Assist with studio supplies and inventory
Maintain cleanliness and organization of studio space and equipment
Assist with administrative tasks and support studio management as needed
Requirements:
1-2 years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Passion for health, fitness, and wellness
High school diploma or equivalent
