    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Swim teachers will follow the Barron Swim School curriculum to instruct students between 4 months and teens on stroke development and water safety in and around the water.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Provide high-quality teaching to ages 4 months & older

    Assist in training part-time teachers

    Deck Supervisor

    Keep safety foremost for all students in class

    Smile, inject fun in the classes, make corrections to students, have good body language, and be animated

    Use provided lesson plans to teach within our set curriculum and have students achieve goals

    Take direction from mentors and leaders

    Be a team player

    Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and continued progression for students.
