    Position Overview:

    We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Systems Engineer / Integration Specialist to architect and integrate systems. The ideal candidate will lead system design and ensure its seamless integration with our software platform and other existing technologies. This role involves managing complex system architectures, overseeing technical teams, and ensuring the solution’s reliability in demanding environments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Systems Architecture

    Lead the design and development, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with defense standards.

    Manage the integration of software, hardware, and AI subsystems to ensure smooth operation.

    Systems Integration

    Oversee the integration of hardware with our software platform and existing systems.

    Conduct validation and testing to ensure compatibility and performance under mission-critical conditions.

    Technical Leadership

    Coordinate engineering teams, providing guidance and oversight on technical challenges.

    Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure robust, secure, and legal system development.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

    5+ years of experience in systems engineering within the defense or aerospace industry.

    Experience with autonomous systems, UAVs, and defense-grade hardware/software integration.

    Strong knowledge of defense standards and best practices.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    Coachable & Strategic:

    Willing to listen and adapt based on guidance from LSG.

    Able to translate strategic vision into practical actions.

    Security and Eligibility Requirements:

    Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or protected individual under 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)).

    Eligible to obtain and maintain security clearance if required.
