About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Lead Teacher for our School Age Program at Kids 'R' Kids Keller. Join our team and help shape the minds of the future generation in a fun and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities for school-age children

Supervise and engage with children during indoor and outdoor activities

Communicate effectively with parents and provide updates on their child's progress

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the program

Collaborate with other teachers to create a positive and enriching learning environment

Plan and oversee Field Trips

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience working with school-age children

High school diploma or equivalent required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred

Positive and nurturing attitude towards children

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

Must drive our 15 passenger school bus (must have 5 years of driving experience and a cleran driving record for insuarnace purposes)
