    Job Summary:

    As a Lead Technician in the Custom Integration (CI) industry, you are a technical expert with in-depth product knowledge such as Control4, Qolsys, Alarm.com, Ubiquiti, Lutron Homeworks/Ra2&3/shading, etc., as well as fundamentals such as networking, audio and video, low voltage, security, access control, surveillance, lighting, etc. Your role is pivotal in managing and executing the installation and integration of smart home and office technology systems. You conduct the work, coordinate a team of skilled technicians on your assigned work, and collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure on-budget, high-quality, and complete implementation of technology projects.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    ≥ 5 years as a technician in the CI industry.

    Control4 Certification

    Networking Fundamentals

    Strong verbal and written communication skills

    Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven

    Competent skills in desktop and mobile computing

    Clean driving record and background check

    Location & Hours:

    Reporting Location: 1117 Baker Street, Ste. B, Costa Mesa CA 92626

    Our work area is primarily within Southern California

    40 Hours per week, Full-Time

    4 Days 10 hours a day schedule

    7:00 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Thursday
