Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds (up to 100 pounds with assistance)
Comfortable with repetitive pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects
Comfortable working with chemicals (with proper personal protection equipment)
Ability to drive, passenger ride, walk & stand for extended periods of time
Ability to climb ladders & work at ceiling heights
Ability to work in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics, etc.)
Will be paid for each after hours / Holiday service call a $50 bonus for the first call, $75 for the second call and on $100 bonus for each additional call Will be on call one week per month starting at 8am Friday morning and ends at 8am the following Friday.
OT pay will occur on multiple weeks every month based on weekly activity
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Must be Punctual (on time) workday starts at 7.30 am and dressed in Servpro issued uniform
Load the work vehicle with equipment, products, & supplies needed for each project
Maintain a clean & organized vehicle, as well as other equipment & tools, each day before leaving work your vehicle and your equipment must be clean and ready to go after the next loss.
Set up staging area and equipment for each project
Leave job site with a clean and orderly appearance
Perform production processes following SERVPRO® production guidelines per work order per crew chief directions
Ensure clear two-way communication with crew chief & other technicians (especially regarding customer needs & concerns)
Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup & breakdown to leave job site with a clean & orderly appearance
Maintain a constant awareness & respect for all safety hazards, following safety guidelines at all times while on the job site, in the office, & while traveling
Necessary Experience and Skill Set:
High school diploma/GED (required)
Must meet all criteria for criminal background & driving record (required)
Previous experience in cleaning/restoration (strongly preferred)
IICRC certifications (strongly preferred)
Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal)
Ability to travel locally and out of state (when needed)
Valid Drivers License
