The Lead Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will ensure the quality of software through advanced automated testing and continuous integration processes. This role involves developing robust test automation frameworks and collaborating closely with development teams to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage and high-quality software.

Work with developers and product owners to understand requirements and design effective test cases.

Implement and manage test automation frameworks and integrate them with CI/CD pipelines.

Monitor and report on software quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring high standards are met.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in software testing and test automation, with a strong background in developing automated test solutions.

7+ years of experience with testing frameworks and tools, such as Selenium and JUnit.

Proficient in CI/CD processes and tools, with experience using Azure DevOps for integration and deployment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate test results and quality metrics.
