Responsibilities:

• Lead a Team of trained Installers & Jr. Installers • Deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction. We Provide the Best Customer Service in the Industry • Installation of all products including blinds, shades, drapes, and shutters • Training of Installers and Jr. Installers which includes proper installation & measuring techniques • Measuring for all types of treatments which includes shutters, drapes, and shades • Troubleshooting & problem solving • Development and execution of installation policies and procedures • Oversee proper check-in of deliveries and installations • Interface with Designers and Management personnel

Requirements:

• Previous Window Covering Experience • Demonstrated leadership experience • Punctual and reliable. Possess a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity • Excellent Communication Skills • Solid understanding of technology with computers and mobile devices • Ability to learn and install new technology as introduced • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills • Current and valid driver's license • Clean driving record. No felonies • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening • US Work Authorization • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and can climb up and down ladders • High school diploma or equivalent completed education level desired • Skilled with most hand and power tools • Ability to measure to 1/8” of an inch
