    Qualifications:

    A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role in an upscale food and beverage establishment

    Open scheduling availability.

    Vast wine knowledge

    Successfully pass a background check

    Carries themself and always communicates as a Shady Creek professional.

    Intense awareness of dining room activity, with keen attention to detail.

    Is driven to contribute to the growth and success of Shady Creek Winery.

    Responsibilities:

    Work side by side with the FOH staff in all areas of operations, serving, bussing, food running, hosting.

    Enforce all Shady Creek Winery policies and procedures.

    Address guest and employee concerns in a calm, polite and professional manner.

    Communicate all pertinent information to the management team.

    Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.

    Adjust staffing based on business demands

    Open and close the winery in place of the management team on occasion.

    Ensure opening and closing duties and check lists are properly completed for FOH (and occasionally) BOH staff.

    Proactively solve problems and communicate with the management team.

    Ensure that down time is used productively by the staff.
