    Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Lead Workstation Support to work with a large enterprise in Dallas, TX

     

    What you'll do:

    • Lead and assist support staff, manage projects, and provide advanced technical support.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on workstation OS, applications, and network interactions.
    • Research and analyze technical issues, supporting remote and onsite users.
    • Deploy laptops, troubleshoot connectivity, and assist VPN users.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • Advanced skills in system analysis and relevant software/tools.
    • Project management and high-level technical support experience.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
    • Attention to detail, with discretion handling sensitive information.
