Job Description
As an Engagement Manager for the Revenue Operations Practice, you will work with enterprise clients solving complex marketing and sales challenges utilizing customer and prospect databases and integrated technology solutions.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and mentor a team of highly skilled marketing/revenue operations consultants that implement and optimize a range of marketing and sales technology solutions - including marketing automation platforms, CRMs, marketing attribution, account-based marketing, sales enablement, and others. You will guide large-scale SaaS platform migrations and consolidations, implement data integrity protocols, and integrate marketing and sales platforms to create a cohesive prospect/customer experience.
Working alongside a project manager, you will manage internal resources to align project work to client goals and ensure a high quality and timely delivery of work. And you will develop relationships with client-side project leads to become a trusted advisor.
Position reports directly to the leader of the Revenue Operations Practice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effectively manage the end-to-end process of efficiently delivering assigned projects.
- Build step-by-step engagement plans and guide a team to meet client goals and project outcomes.
- Assist in the delivery of system/stack strategy, complex technology and process solutions, and generating business insights from data analysis to support enterprise marketing and sales efforts.
- Organize agency resources and provide enablement to drive project delivery.
- Oversee direct report’s professional growth and ensure the quality of their work product.
- Manage POC relationship with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience using, implementing, and optimizing marketing/sales technology; including marketing automation, CRM, campaign support, attribution, and analytical systems.
- Ability to effectively develop and build new functional and operational processes.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot problems/issues and respond accordingly.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment with great attention to detail.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop team members.
- Previous consulting experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus.
