    The Leads Coordinator will play a crucial role in identifying and tracking Film and Television opportunities across national and international markets. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate production data, supporting the Sales team with lead generation, and providing administrative support to the SVP, Sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent research skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Conduct in-depth research on Film and Television production cycles across global markets.

    Manage and maintain a Salesforce-based Production Pipeline with up-to-date production and contact information.

    Verify and vet potential leads through multiple industry sources and databases.

    Communicate timely and relevant production updates to the Sales team.

    Collaborate with internal teams to identify key relationships and facilitate introductions.

    Work closely with Stage and Services team leads to keep them informed of upcoming production opportunities.

    Train team members on Salesforce Production and Lead tracking to ensure accuracy and consistency.

    Monitor Salesforce data to identify cross-selling opportunities

    Conduct specialized research and provide detailed reports on industry trends, upcoming projects, and custom analysis for Sales and Analysis teams.

    Assist with client outreach efforts, including coordinating SWAG bags, special gifts, and industry events.

    Collaborate with the Director, Marketing on large group events and industry outreach initiatives.

    Organize and coordinate client meetings, studio tours, and events as needed.

    SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

    2+ years of relevant experience in research, sales support, or the entertainment industry.

    Passion for television and content, with strong knowledge of the evolving TV landscape, including linear networks, digital platforms, and streaming services.

    Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

    Excellent judgment, professionalism, and reliability.

    Strong interpersonal skills with clear and effective communication abilities.

    Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise insights.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    A proactive, flexible, and collaborative work ethic with a willingness to learn quickly.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

    Experience with Salesforce preferred.

    Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Must be authorized to work in the United States.

    Final candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check.

    Base Pay - 65-75K
