Responsibilities: • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed • Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition Qualifications: • Over 1 year of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, land acquisition, or real estate sales experience is preferred • 4-year college degree in Sales, Business, Real Estate or related experience highly desired • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • Must have a Real Estate License Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
• Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill them • Act as an intermediary between your client and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end • Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyers • Mentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing table • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
