Our Raleigh team is expanding and we require Sales Specialists to assist us with our high volume of leads. As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, your responsibilities will include assisting clients in buying and selling homes. This will involve researching available properties, understanding clients' needs and budgets, creating marketing materials and listing agreements, and negotiating the best deals for clients. Excellent customer service is crucial in this role, and you will be expected to provide it throughout the entire process. We are seeking professionals who have a strong knowledge of the Eastern NC real estate market. To succeed in this position, you must be skilled in negotiation, have a deep understanding of real estate industry regulations, and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring client satisfaction is paramount, and you will need to provide superior customer service throughout the entire process. Responsibilities: • Consult with new clients in order to discover their needs and desires, and then fill them • Act as an intermediary between clients and potential buyers/sellers from beginning to end • Help clients choose mortgage companies that best meet their needs • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers, and write purchase offers for buyers • Mentoring to help new agents thoroughly understand how to take clients from an offer to the closing table • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers Qualifications: • Must have an active NC Real Estate License • Self-motivated & goal-oriented • Willingness to learn the most current tools, systems, and technologies • Display a people-oriented, positive, and client-focused attitude Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly
