Job Brief:
As an associate in our Member Service Department you will be the first point of contact for customers and a critical part of our company. The right person for this role is enthusiastic at addressing our customers needs and ready to take on new challenges.
Duties:
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all timesAssist viewers through phone and/or laptop about account management, billing issues, content and basic product application and navigation for our clients.Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
