    Do you thrive on streamlining processes and eliminating waste? Are you passionate about continuous improvement?

    We're looking for a talented Lean Process Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in optimizing our manufacturing practices.

    In this role, you'll be a champion of efficiency, implementing and improving processes using core lean principles. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, develop solutions, and drive positive change.

    Here's what you'll do:

    • Become a process analysis pro, identifying areas for improvement and implementing lean solutions to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Design and optimize manufacturing layouts to create a smooth workflow and minimize delays.
    • Partner with various teams to ensure lean practices are effectively implemented, leading to reduced lead times.
    • Develop and deliver training programs, empowering personnel with lean manufacturing knowledge and skills.
    • Conduct time studies and implement solutions to shorten cycle times and increase production output.
    • Track data trends and leverage insights to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
    • Actively participate in Kaizen events and other initiatives focused on ongoing process optimization.
    • Investigate and troubleshoot manufacturing issues, proposing solutions to prevent future occurrences.

    We're looking for someone who:

    • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Boasts at least 2 years of experience in Process Engineering.
    • Possesses a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
    • Has experience with Six Sigma methodologies (ideally Black Belt certification or equivalent).
    • Demonstrates a strong understanding of manufacturing, industrial, or assembly processes.
    • Has a history of successfully implementing cost-saving projects, achieving significant targets.
    • Is a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.
    • Shares a passion for Lean Manufacturing and its potential to revolutionize operations.
