    Job Description:

    We are seeking highly talented captains to join our exciting Part 135 flight department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, work well with pilots/principals, and be an experienced LR-60 captain.

    Well-qualified candidates will have 3,500 hours, 250 hours in type, as well as impeccable customer service skills and a solid work history. The ideal candidate will also have a solid understanding of business aviation, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to new technology.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) of a LR-60.
    • Adhere to FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices.
    • Be available for trips on varied schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
    • Plan and conduct owner and charter flights safely, considering weather, weight, balance, and NOTAMs.
    • Supervise crew members and ensure team coordination.
    • Complete necessary company documentation and reports.
    • Travel extensively, adapting to schedule changes and managing extended duty periods.
    • Pass TSA background checks and secure required SIDA badges as applicable.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining professionalism and neat appearance.
    • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
    • Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
    • Be comfortable around animals, ensuring care during flights as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • LR-60 and Part 135 experience required
    • Must have a LR-60 type rating required
    • 3,500 Hours Total Time preferred , with 3,000 being the absolute minimum
    • 250 Hours In-Type, with 200 Hours being the absolute minimum
    • Valid FAA 1st Class Medical
    • Valid US Passport
    • Valid US State Driver's License
