    Job Description

    You’ll play an essential role supporting the operations of the Learning and Development team. This is an opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of emerging and existing programs that enable our culture and the development of the whole person in and outside of work. In this role you will support our company-wide events as well as various learning and development programs and tools. As the administrative arm of the team, you can expect to run point on scheduling, communication planning and execution, assessment and record keeping, event setup and tear down, vendor coordination and relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a team-orientated mindset, strong organizational skills, a passion for events, and the ability to oscillate between a variety of projects prioritizing and communicating effectively. The team will depend on you to keep us on track, organized and always keep our employee’s growth as our north star. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development and work cross functionally across the Learning and Development team supporting various program managers.

    What you'll get to do:

    • Planning and Coordination: Assist broader L&D and Culture and Events team to plan and execute HQ events, workshops and programs. Support includes scheduling and calendaring events, prepping materials, setup and distribution of event materials and signage. Coordinate with internal Vuori teams (e.g. facilities) for support
    • Enrollment and Assessment: Track and monitor enrollment in coursework and event attendance; leverage process to maintain accurate learning and event records. Run point on sending and compiling program evaluation
    • Materials Maintenance: Maintain up to date training and event materials including signage, handouts, digital learning spaces (The Cove) and internal SharePoint site
    • Vendor Support: Provide support of initial research of vendors and assist with setup and day-of management with rental companies, food suppliers, speakers and other vendors in partnership with various L&D program owners.
    • Communication: Partner with program owners to execute various event and learning program communications

    Who you are:

    • 1+ years administrative experience in a corporate environment preferred
    • An excellent communicator with a passion for people and a commitment to role modeling our Vuori Values and Competencies
    • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Resourceful and resilient in managing challenges
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
    • Prior experience in an L&D, or other HR support role and/or event planning is a plus
    • The role requires flexibility to work outside of standard business hours 9-5 as needed for event setup and closeout

    The hourly range for this role is $24/hr - $28/hr.
