Job Description
You’ll play an essential role supporting the operations of the Learning and Development team. This is an opportunity to support a diverse portfolio of emerging and existing programs that enable our culture and the development of the whole person in and outside of work. In this role you will support our company-wide events as well as various learning and development programs and tools. As the administrative arm of the team, you can expect to run point on scheduling, communication planning and execution, assessment and record keeping, event setup and tear down, vendor coordination and relationships. The ideal candidate possesses a team-orientated mindset, strong organizational skills, a passion for events, and the ability to oscillate between a variety of projects prioritizing and communicating effectively. The team will depend on you to keep us on track, organized and always keep our employee’s growth as our north star. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director, Learning and Development and work cross functionally across the Learning and Development team supporting various program managers.
