In This Role, You Will
- Develop, implement, and lead training programs across multiple departments
- Assess training needs by working closely with plant managers, HR, and leadership
- Design and deliver engaging learning initiatives through classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, food safety, and personnel safety standards
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, data analysis, and feedback loops
- Enhance new hire onboarding by ensuring a seamless integration into company operations
- Introduce and optimize learning technologies, including leveraging platforms like Alchemy
What You Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or talent development within manufacturing or distribution
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety compliance, and continuous improvement principles
- Proven ability to build training programs that align with business objectives and drive measurable improvements
- Experience developing training materials, tracking progress, and assessing learning outcomes
- Alchemy training platform experience is a huge plus
- Certifications in L&D, Lean, or Six Sigma are a plus
