    Position summary: JMT is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to oversee our internal programs, including Mentoring, Internship, Consulting 101, and Lead Projects Program. This role will support the Learning & Development Manager in identifying organizational skill gaps and designing innovative, impactful training initiatives. The position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts at all levels within the organization. Compensation for this position is $62,000 - $90,000, commensurate with experience, education and certifications.

    **Essential functions and responsibilities: **

    • Responsible for all aspects of internal training programs, including coordination with internal and external facilitators as well as program participants.

    • Facilitate and deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and in-person such as DISC, Communication, Time Management, Delegation, etc.

    • Design and develop training content and programs, including e-learning modules, workshops, and on-the-job training using adult learning and instructional design methodologies.

    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and continuously enhance training modules.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and implement improvements as needed.

    • Conduct research to identify additional training needs and resources for employees.

    • Develop and manage relationships with training vendors to receive high quality training solutions.

    • Provide customer service and answer questions for staff regarding Learning and Development policies and procedures.

    • Develop creative materials for programs or learning initiatives utilizing Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

    • Utilize Articulate 360 and Camtasia to develop e-learning courses and training videos to meet the company's needs.

    • Assist in the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS).

    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or Education

    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills

    • Familiar with adult learning and instructional design concepts

    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel

    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

    • Ability to build relationships with and manage multiple stakeholders

    • Highly self-driven and motivated

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    **Qualifications preferred: **

    • Related experience in learning, human resources, training, or teaching field.

    • Experience with Learning Management Systems, meeting platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), SharePoint

    • Experience with Camtasia and Articulate

    **Working Conditions: **

    Work is performed within a general office environment. Work is generally sedentary in nature, but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    1. Ability to move up to 50 Lbs., with or without accommodation.
