Learning and Development Specialist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
We are hiring for a global leader in leadership development and corporate training seeking a talented Learning and Development Specialist. This role focuses on delivering impactful training programs that drive leadership and high-performance cultures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Facilitate engaging corporate training programs virtually and in-person.
- Facilitation: Use adult learning principles to ensure effective participant engagement.
- LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) for a seamless learner experience.
- Project Coordination: Handle event logistics, scheduling, materials, and post-training evaluations.
- Webinars: Deliver virtual training sessions for larger audiences.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Strong corporate training background, including facilitation and event management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with LMS platforms.
- Organization: Excellent project management skills to handle multiple programs.
- Communication: Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but equivalent experience is acceptable.
Must-Haves:
- Proven facilitation experience with Director-level audiences.
- Experience with High Potential (HiPo) programs (preferred).
- Content creation not required – training materials are provided.
