    What We're Looking For:

    SuperCare Health is seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the enhancement of employee growth and organizational success through the design, implementation, and management of innovative learning and development initiatives. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other segments of the People Team to memorialize and update Training Plans alongside departmental Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), develop engaging content, and measure the impact of programs on employee development.

    What You'll Do:

    Leadership Development:

    • Support the implementation of the SuperCharged Leadership Development Program, adapting content to align with SuperCare Health's leadership competencies and strategic objectives.
    • Assist in identifying high-potential individuals and contribute to the creation of customized development plans in collaboration with the Vice President of People.

    Emerging Leaders Program:

    • Contribute to the design and execution of programs aimed at identifying and nurturing emerging leaders within the organization.
    • Provide coaching and mentorship to participants in the Emerging Leaders Program.

    Onboarding Programs:

    • Assist in the development and delivery of comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.
    • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts within regions to enhance onboarding processes based on feedback and organizational needs.

    Collaboration with People Partners:

    • Work closely with People partners to align learning and development programs with broader People strategies.
    • Contribute to talent management initiatives by identifying skills gaps and proposing targeted solutions.
    • Assist in conducting regular needs assessments to identify learning and development priorities.

    Learning Content Development:

    • Contribute to the creation of engaging learning content, including e-learning modules, workshops, and training materials, memorializing updates and content within the Learning Management System (LMS) on all organization-wide learnings and required compliance trainings.
    • Support and guide SMEs in their Training Content development to ensure the accuracy, alignment, and relevance of learning content.

    Training Delivery:

    • Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, emphasizing soft skills development in communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.
    • Coordinate external trainers or resources as needed.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of Corporate Compliance Trainings in partnership with managers and department heads.

    Performance Metrics and Evaluation:

    • Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluation metrics for learning programs.
    • Contribute to regular assessments to measure the effectiveness of programs on employee performance and development.

    Technology Integration:

    • Support the integration of technology and learning management systems to enhance the delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.
    • Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in learning technology.
    • Be the ‘keeper' of our LMS, ensuring content is updated and enhanced, as needed.

    Travel:

    • May need to travel from time-to-time to facilitate workshops with Area/Regional Leadership, as needed

    This role may be a fit if you have..

    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; or equivalent work experience in developing, implementing, and facilitating Learning & Development programs.
    • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on leadership development and organization-wide programs.
    • Ability to impact and influence without authority.
    • Strong desire to actively engage with the team and understand business needs to best support Learning & Development efforts.
    • Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
    • Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
