    Job Description

    As the Learning & Development Specialist, you will be collaborating with various departments to evaluate training needs, design, and customize curricula and content in partnership with the Learning & Development Manager, and assess learning outcomes and program effectiveness.

    The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work seamlessly with team members of all departments and levels. Other requirements of this position include:

    • Design & Develop: Create engaging training programs that align with business goals.
    • Facilitate Learning: Lead interactive training sessions, both in-person and online.
    • Collaborate: Work closely with HR and business leaders to assess needs and enhance employee performance.
    • Manage Vendors: Coordinate with external training providers to ensure smooth program execution.
    • Analyze Impact: Track training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    ****Qualifications:

    • BS/BA in Learning & Development, HR, Education, or related field.
    • 4+ years in instructional design and/or facilitation.
    • Experience in an educational institution complimented with L&D experience in a corporate environment.
    • Effective communication skills and proficiency in learning technologies.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
