Join our WW Content & Design Sales Enablement team, where we produce high-quality training that drives a more effective sales process through world class learning experiences. Our highly motivated team works quickly to adapt to the changing needs of the business and our audience. As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be an experienced creative developer of multimedia learning opportunities, taking projects from start to finish—designing and building engaging training content. You will align with training priorities from L&E management and collaborate with other Learning Experience Designers to develop effective sales training content, connecting the dots between technical features and customer value.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $99000 - $160500/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
