Job Description
As the L&OD Partner at CyberArk, a fast-paced and innovative SaaS cybersecurity company, you will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning, leadership excellence, and organizational agility. This role will play a crucial role in advocating for talent development, driving programs that enable our employees to grow, adapt, and succeed in a rapidly evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Development:
· Develop regional and global learning programs aligned with business goals.
· Utilize innovative instructional design techniques to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
Program Implementation:
· Facilitate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars for diverse audiences.
· Oversee program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant communications.
· Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and implement improvements as needed.
Consultation and Support:
· Serve as a trusted advisor on Learning and OD best practices.
· Partner with HR and business leaders to identify learning needs and provide tailored solutions.
· Support initiatives such as change management, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
Continuous Improvement:
· Stay current with industry trends and incorporate best practices into programs.
· Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to enhance learning solutions.
· Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of learning initiatives and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
· Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development in global organizations; experience in the high-tech or SaaS industry preferred.
· Expertise in Talent and Career Development, Change Management, and Employee Engagement.
· Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment.
· Exceptional project management and organizational abilities.
· Proficiency in using data to evaluate program success and influence decisions.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 – $140,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
