Learning and Development Associate – Property Management

Our client, a prominent real estate development company, is seeking a Learning and Development (L&D) Associate to join their team. In this role, you will help enhance the skills of the onsite team by delivering training aligned with company values and providing Yardi support. Your focus will be on improving performance and platform knowledge while fostering skill growth. You'll collaborate with the L&D Lead to identify the team’s training needs and create appropriate materials to bridge learning gaps, ensuring teammates have the tools and skills to confidently engage with the software.
Learning and Development Associate Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the L&D lead, lead learning sessions for staff based on areas of opportunity in both group and individualized settings.
- Support the L&D Lead in onboarding and orienting new hires and help team members advance in their career journey.
- Create new and review existing learning content for relevance and impact, making edits to materials as needed.
- Execute ad-hoc projects and assignments, as required.
Learning and Development Associate Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience managing commercial or MFH properties.
- Proven background in recruiting/staffing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; advanced in Yardi, CRM Flex, and CRM IQ.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a demonstrated ability to relate to others.
- Comfortable with competing responsibilities and priorities in a dynamic setting.
- High school diploma required (or equivalent).

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 (DOE)
