    Job Description

    The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will have the opportunity to shape and execute a comprehensive talent development strategy that empowers team members at every level in a rapidly growing company. Your responsibilities will span program creation, project management, leveraging learning technologies and internal resources, data analysis, and creating engaging content that addresses evolving business needs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with company goals and growth objectives.
    • Assess current and future training needs across the organization by collaborating with leadership, managers, and team members.
    • Develop frameworks for measuring the impact and effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
    • Create and deliver engaging learning programs, including leadership development initiatives, skill-building workshops, and compliance training.
    • Curate and manage e-learning platforms, training materials, and third-party vendor relationships.
    • Develop tailored training solutions for different departments and levels of team members.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development throughout the organization.
    • Partner with leadership to create and deliver leadership development programs that prepare leaders, at various levels, for future challenges.
    • Identify and mentor high-potential team members to build a robust talent pipeline.
    • Establish systems to track training participation, engagement, and outcomes.
    • Monitor L&D budgets and ensure cost-effective program delivery.
    • Provide regular reports on L&D activities, insights, and ROI to leadership.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree is desired.
    • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development or related roles, preferably in fast-growing environments.
    • Proven success in designing and implementing learning programs from scratch.
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and instructional design skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Passion for creating a culture of learning and employee development.
    • Creative problem-solver with an innovative and scrappy mindset.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration across teams.
    • Knowledge of industry trends and innovations in L&D practices.
