We are seeking a professional, reliable, punctual, customer service centric Administrative Assistant.
Location- You would work onsite at the Forest Hill location M,W,F and in the Havre de Grace location T and Th.
- Excellent administration skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Lotus Notes preferred)
- Establish appropriate records management and maintain general and confidential departmental files, including corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure that input to the loan system is complete and that all related fields are accurately and consistently entered, and reliable, executed completely, according to procedures at all times (no arbitrary deviations without advance approval)
- Creation and maintenance of MS Excel reports and checklists
- Develops and implements procedures and policies to retain residents while maintaining revenue
- Edit and format documents for pitches, proposals and various other projects
- Update and maintain company Client First database to track prospects, clients and deal information
- Prepare property marketing materials including flyers, presentations, direct mail, tour books and other documents requiring a high level of accuracy
- Provide interface for brokers on IT issues, including computer needs, email, voicemail, smart phone and other related technology and equipment
- Perform administrative duties specific to business units and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity as a team player across the organization and possess the ability to work for and communicate in various forms with peers, multiple level managers, supervisors, external clients and vendors with minimal daily supervision
Requirements:
- Ideally 1+ years int he property management space
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skill
