The Leasing Administrator will supervise the leasing process, ensuring effective property marketing, swift application processing, and efficient tenant placement. This position necessitates excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities, as the Leasing Administrator will manage leasing support staff and collaborate with owners and field teams for seamless property turnovers. The ideal candidate embodies a transaction coordinator mindset, harmonizing administrative oversight with a leasing approach focused on delivering results. Compensation & Benefits • Salary range: $50,000 - $55,000 • Opportunity for internal growth • Benefits - health insurance, dental, vision, retirement • Annual Profit Share • Paid Time Off • Location: West Chester, PA Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility is taking a prospective tenant from scheduling a tour through key exchange to move in. • ShowMojo Management: Reporting, calendar setup, video, and text message flow. • Leasing Inbox: Verify ID requests and respond to tenant inquiries. • Showing Follow-Ups: Collect feedback, send applications, update leasing managers, and reschedule cancellations. • Application Process (Findings): Assist with issues, send reminders, verify documents (income, landlord references, ID, reports), and escalate approvals/denials. • Prospective Tenant Maintenance Requests: Forward to Property Manager using Gmail templates. • Semi-Weekly Leasing Meetings: Discuss new listings, feedback, and application updates. • Leasing Manager Backup: Handle calls, applications, and appointments when needed. Qualifications: • Self-motivated with an ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet stringent deadlines. • Ability to manage, organize, and execute various moving parts. • Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor. • Proficient use of technology.
