The Leasing Agent will help to manage the leasing process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all prospective tenants. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Property Tours: Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property. • Leasing Process: Assist in managing the entire leasing process, including application processing, lease negotiations, and lease signing. • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants, including online listings, social media, and community outreach. • Tenant Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants, addressing any questions or concerns promptly. • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including applications, leases, and correspondence with tenants. • Market Research: Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and attractive property features. • Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications: • Experience: Previous experience in leasing, property management, or real estate is preferred. • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus. • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proficiency in property management software Appfolio and Microsoft Office Suite. • Knowledge: Understanding of leasing principles, local market trends, and relevant regulations. • Certifications: Real Estate License is preferred but not required Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 + Commission
