Responsibilities/Expectations:
Interacting with residents, future residents and internal team members in a professional manner
Maintaining a high level of customer service and excellent communication
Apartment leasing process
Marketing and advertising
Perform market survey / analysis
Screening rental applications and showing units to prospective renters
Move-ins and move-outs of Residents
Apartment rules / lease enforcement
Unit inspections
Weekly property status reporting
Answering the phone / administrative functions
Walking the property and ensuring all is in order
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years apartment management experience
Successful sales/closing experiences
Computer skills (Microsoft word, excel, and fluency with technology)
Appfolio property management software
Strong writing and speaking skills
Flexibility / team player
Motivated to learn, attention to detail
Basic maintenance knowledge
Must be able to pass a background check/drug screen, reliable vehicle, DL, insurance, and registration
