    A Leasing Agent and Administrative Assistant is needed needed for a very well maintained set of apartment complexes in the Town of Sheboygan. It includes a two new construction projects (one went into operation in 2022 and the other in 2023). This is a FULL TIME POSITION with hours primarily Monday thru Friday. It may require evenings and weekends for leasing success on occasion accommodate prospective tenant schedules and tenant move-ins.

    Responsibilities include:

    Leasing support for 254 rental units which maintains 100% occupancy and generally has a waiting list.

    HEAVY administrative support for the owner and leasing office team in Sheboygan.

    Support for marketing materials, advertising (all forms), networking in the community, attending Chamber events community activities and more.

    Use of high level computer skills (i.e. MS office, outlook, electronic forms, Docusign, scanners, virtual tours, electronic flyers, company website and Apartments.com

    Data entry in Rent Manager database management system.

    Selling of the apartment homes that is very easy to sell since they are primarily brand new and are stunning apartment homes.

    Administration of prospective tenants paperwork, prepare lease documents, accepting deposits, preparing moveout documentation, coordination of move-ins and move-outs with incoming and outgoing tenants.

    Coordination of maintenance concerns for existing occupied units.

    A minimum of 2 YEARS experience in property management, resident management, real estate sales, real estate administration and leasing highly desired. Successful candidate will be self motivated, be sales success driven, have great interpersonal skills, great customer service skills, have some mechanical inclination and be able to work autonomously with little direction. Although position is with a small business, MEDICAL BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED AS WELL AS GENEROUS VACATION/PERSONAL TIME OFF (PTO), AND A 401K PROGRAM is available.

    Experience:

    Microsoft Office: 5 years (Required)

    Property management: 2 years (Preferred)

    Sales of a higher end product (Required)

    Successful Customer service: 2 years (Required)

    Exceptional Multitasking and Organizational Skills (Required)
