Responsibilities: • Lead generation through emails, calls, texting, networking, and door-knocking. • Determine the current market value of properties to ensure the best possible lease price for customers. • Communicate with the leadership team to help achieve your goals. • Attend in-person or online trainings and meetings. Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred. • Understanding the lease process and how to enter the database. Compensation: $60,000+ yearly commission based
